Order fulfilment or e-fulfilment involves a company receiving, picking, packing and delivering orders to your customers. You can do this yourself, or seek to ask someone like us to do this for you.
When someone outsources their order fulfilment to us, it follows the below process:
Our Process
Goods In
You ship all your stock in bulk to our warehouse/fulfilment centre, where it is stored safely and securely. We have no minimum shipment quantities per month, no minimum storage requirements and no maximum sizing of parcels.
Storage
Your goods are stored securely in our fulfilment centre awaiting your customers to order.
Order
Our software connects to your e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Reverb, WooCommerce, Magento etc (click here for a full list of websites we integrate with) and in real-time sends us your orders, which allows us to fulfil for you without the need for you to forward emails for every order.
Pick and Pack
We pick and pack each order, and prepare them for shipping.
Shipping
The order is dispatched to the customer using one of our courier partners like FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Fastway etc – we hold a range of accounts to ensure the best rates are achieved for all sizes of packages and for each country.
Returns
Your customers can return orders to our fulfilment centre, which we then handle and assign as you wish– e.g. you may want returned items placed back into storage for fulfilment again and damaged items sent to you.
In addition, we can offer humidity and temperature controlled warehousing for your stored goods. If they require this please get in touch to discuss further.
